The Quick Version of Us:
Our company was founded in 2008 by Matthew Whitaker. He didn’t have a strategic vision to kick butt in property management and grow a national brand . . . he was more interested in putting food on the table after the 2008 recession.
Since that day our company has grown to nearly 1500 managed homes in three states. We have this crazy goal of managing 25,000 rental houses! So we have a LONG way to go. We just need some really smart people to help us get there.
We currently have around 30 employees if you combine all three markets. So each employee has a lot of responsibility.
We have four team members on our corporate leadership team. That’s Matthew (mentioned above), Phil Mazur (he’s our Director of Finance), Spencer Sutton (he’s our Director of Marketing) and Matt Leavell (he’s in charge of our Nashville operation, we call him the Team Leader).

The last thing I’ll say about the company goes along with the word “Integrity” above. We value, what we call, “uncomfortable transparency”.
