2017 Fall Semester Program:  Now Taking Applications!

Paid – 2 days per week @ $12/hour.  A student can focus on one of the departments.

  1. Leasing – Help us lease houses in all 3 markets!  We currently have over 50 houses available to rent.  Find out how the process works, learn communication skills and help improve our leasing processes to make them more automated.
  2. Accounting – This is a great opportunity for someone to learn cash receipts, accounts payable and accounts receivable.  You’ll learn a working knowledge of Quickbooks and our property management software, Appfolio.
  3. Property Management – Ever wonder what it takes to manage a property?  This is a perfect opportunity to learn how to manage the physical asset of the home.
  4. Marketing/Sales – This isn’t your normal, manage our Facebook account.  We need someone to help us with content creation for our website.  We are thinking of something similar to Gary V’s videographer who follows him around all day and pushes content to his site.
